Abstract
Introduction: The animal kingdom, class Mammalia, is the source of milk, which is a special fluid secreted by the females of the class for the nourishment of their young. Milk is an opaque yellowish white liquid which, when fresh possesses a slightly acid reaction and faintly sweetish taste.
