Abstract
Introduction: A student in a physics class, when asked by his professor, what electricity was, gave the following definition: - “Electricity is a wonderful something, of which we know nothing.” This definition would by no means suffice, in this modern age of enlightenment and culture, to be sure, it may be regarded as a wonderful something, but it cannot be held that it is a thing of which we know nothing.
