Introduction: Fruits and nuts are natures food. They were the food of primitive man, and are prepared by nature – as the Mexicans say, “Fruit and nuts are cooked by the sun.” The more sunlight a food absorbs, the nearer that food reaches perfection. Fruit and nuts come first, then cereal, then vegetables, eggs and milk, and lastly flesh.
