Reddish discoloration in roots is indicative of fusarium spp. The causal agent was formerly listed as fusarium moniliform which is an invalid specific epithet.
Host/Plant: Corn (Zea mays)
Pest/Path: Fusarium Root Rot (Fusarium subglutinans and/or F. proliferatum)
