Close up of a CLN-infected plant. MCMV by itself will result in few if any sysmptoms. Likewise, most corn hybrids are resistant to MDMV and WSMV.
Host/Plant: Corn, numerous grasses and cereal crops (Zea mays)
Pest/Path: Corn Lethal Necrosis (CLN) (Maize Chlorotic Mottle Virus (MCMV) and Wheat Streak Mosaic Virus or Maize Dwarf Mosaic Virus (MDMV))
