Description
Personal diary of Manhattan, Kan. resident Sam Kimble, covering the period May-December 1894. Intermittent entries describe weather, crops and livestock, town life, local politics, and household affairs. The first entry (May 17th) describes moving into a new house, below which is pasted a printed picture of the stone house, entitled Castle Kimble.
