dc.descriptionDuring her time as First Lady from 1909-1917, Mr.s Waters began Social Club to facilitate faculty interaction. The club celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2011. She also endeared herself to students by getting the ban against dancing on campus lifted. She was the wife of president Henry Waters.
