Description

Foliar symptoms of goss’s wilt showing large areas of necrotic tissue. Within the lesion, numerous very dark circular areas resembling freckles are observed and is very characteristic of the disease.
Host/Plant: Dent, sweet, flint, and popcorn. (Zea mays)
Pest/Path: Goss’s Bacterial wilt and Blight, Leaf Freckles and Wilt. (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. nebraskensis)
