Soybean Aphid Literature in Translation

Content displayed within this collection was originally collected by the library department Information Support Services for Agriculture (ISSA). Soybean aphids first appeared in the U.S. in 2000, yet published research at the time was typically found in Korea, Japan, and China in their original languages. With grants received in 2001 and 2003 professors from the University of Minnesota and Kansas State University Librarians jointly collaborated to locate and translate this literature. Additional translation assistance was provided by three translators from the China Agricultural University and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This project officially ended in June 2003.
